I use quantitative method by using the new questionnaire with the patients for evaluate the quality of the project outputs and the success of the project by asking the patients about the satisfaction when we develop this project. I also develop an audit cycle system by using the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire every 6 months.

The new questionnaire was used by patients to evaluate the quality and success of the project. The Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire was reviewed and repeated every 6 months.

Because: Tense changed from present to past as the work has already been completed. Use of 3rd person pronoun instead of 1^st.  Repetition of the word ‘project’ rectified and word count halved resulting in increased clarity of meaning.
