All the work we receive from customers will be kept confidential and will be deleted from our system 1 month after completion of the service. We believe that every piece of work is copyright reserved and is the intellectual property of the writer. We, as proofreaders, function as part of the protection of those rights. Therefore, every customer can be assured that none of your work will be disclosed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

It is our responsibility to make sure all the work we proofread and edit conforms to a high standard. For that reason, we are pleased to offer free amendments within 7 days after the customer receives the work from us. Please contact us directly at translationfind@gmail.com. We will recheck the work and inform you about where and how we are going to make any necessary adjustments. However, if the customer wants to add extra information beyond what we had previously agreed to, we may need to collect additional fees on a case by case basis.
